Annual parade and street festival with food vendors, information vendors, car show and kids’ activities. The parade will start at 11am at Crocker Park heading north on 3rd Street to Capitol Mall; east on Capitol Mall to 9th Street; south on 9th Street to N Street; east on N Street to 16th Street; north on 16th Street to L Street; west on L Street to 9th Street; south on 9th Street to Capitol Mall; and west on Capitol Mall where the parade will disband at 3rd Street.  Following the parade, there is a street festival on 9th and 10th Streets between N and L Streets with a ceremony at 2pm.
