As we say goodbye to another year, we here in Old Sacramento want to take a moment to reflect on all the amazing things we’ve experienced in 2024, while looking forward to the exciting events and activities heading our way in 2025! Here are a few fun facts from the last year:

• In 2024 we saw over 2 million unique visitors experience our historic district, with more than 4 million visits to Old Sacramento in total! And not to brag, but 2025 looks to be even busier!

• With a little luck o’ the Irish and a lot o’ love for all things green, our busiest day of the year was March 16th, where we saw nearly 33,000 visitors make their way into district to enjoy the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and festivities!

• Supported by the community, businesses, organizations, and passionate individuals, we saw hundreds of fun events occur in Old Sacramento in 2024, so remember to keep an eye on our calendar this upcoming year for even more things to do!  

And lastly, we want to say thank you for being a part of our historic neighborhood, for supporting all the wonderful shops, restaurants, museums, and experiences we have here, and for continuing to make the Old Sacramento Waterfront a memorable part of your year!
