the time to ground yourself, sink deep into stillness and deep
relaxation. Allow yourself this time to heal your mind, body and
spirit. Get comfy, and get ready to experience relaxation like
you have never experienced before.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Yoga Mats, Blankets, and eye
masks will be provided but if you prefer your own please feel
free to bring the necessary items.
