TECHNICAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of culinary school preferred.
3-5 years of cooking experience, 2 years in Fine Dining
preferred.
Understand how to use a variety of food service equipment
including knives, pots and pans, ovens and grills, food
processors and slicers.
Salary: $18 – $22.50 per hour BOE
