The mission of the Old Sacramento Business Association (OSBA) is to work in partnership with the City of Sacramento, the State of California, property owners, merchants, and other stakeholders in their common goal of strengthening the commercial vitality of the Old Sacramento Historic District.

With over 100 retail members, almost all locally-owned small businesses, OSBA works cooperatively with public and private-sector partners to keep the city’s oldest shopping and entertainment district a fun destination for local residents and travelers alike.

The Old Sacramento Business Association is managed by the Downtown Sacramento Partnership through agreement with the City of Sacramento.
